I am an independent contractor for CMK and owner of Ulery Accounting Services.

I have been working for CMK for almost 4 years as their controller. I have worked for a CPA firm, Hedge Fund company, Greystar, and E3 Consulting Engineer Consulting company in Colorado. 

I have Baccalaureates Degree in Nursing and Accounting from University of Louisville. I am former ER nurse that switched my career to corporate accounting. 

In my spare time, I like to spend quality time with my family and traveling. I enjoy trail runs to the park and practicing martial arts. I like to read mystery and spy novels when I have the time to relax. My daughters and I are certified scuba divers that is genuinely concerned about our environment and pollution in our ocean.
