Master bath/ multi room
CMK took great care of us in our bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. We enjoyed the process from start to finish. We had a few hang ups through the Covid 19 pandemic but Michael and his crew made sure that we were safe by taking appropriate measures. We would highly recommend cmk to others in search of a full remodeling company. Thank you to Cmk and your entire team. Want to recognize the crew members such as Jesse, David, and especially Rich for the amazing tile work. Thank you again
Master Bath Remodel
CMK Construction was friendly, easy to work with, timely, and reliable throughout the entire master bath remodel. The transition from sales to a project manager was fabulous. We reviewed the project, set timelines and expectations, updated change requests, obtained permits, etc. Dave, my project manager, was incredibly patient with my change requests, was available via cell phone (though I didn't abuse that) and always willing to answer questions about the project. Initially, I was apprehensive at first, only because I did not know of this contractor. Now, I wouldn't call anyone else. CMK Construction is awesome and the end product is amazing! I believe that pictures of my remodel might make some of their advertisements as well. Very cool!
Master Bath
A remodel was the last thing on our mind, but plumbing surprise thrust us into a retail of our Master bath. As new home owners the entire process was quite intimidating. From our first meeting with Paul we were put at ease. Once the plan was in place, Michael T. Was there for us all along the way. I appreciate his efforts to ensure his team followed the plan when able, and accommodated the few other "surprises" along the way. Everyone at CMK was so respectful of us and our property, and we're very pleased with how the project is turning out.
Beautiful kitchen
We had our entire kitchen remodel and one and a half bathrooms flooring throughout our home. We couldn’t be happier with the process and the team word from CMK Construction. Our project manager Michael Took great care of us through the process from start to finish. Our sales person Paul was also very informative and helpful. Every team member that came from David to Rich and everyone in between was a joy to work with. We recommend CMK for any of your remodeling projects. 2nd Bathroom by CMK
Everyone who worked in my home was respectful, considerate and very professional. I had full confidence that they all knew exactly what they were doing. My Project Manager, Dave, kept everything on schedule, so they finished in 4 weeks. My tile guy, Jeremy was the best! I picked 24 x 48 tiles for the tub/shower walls!! Huge, and they look unbelievably beautiful! Jeremy matched the pattern so it flows. He also laid the flooring and did a great job. The gentleman who installed the quartz, with waterfall, made it look gorgeous. If you look on cmkconstructioninc.com you will see some pictures of my bathroom. The next time I need anything done to my home, the'll be the first ones I call. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT CMK!!! It was truly a pleasure - without any aggravation working with you and all the contractors. I also have to thank Diamond, who works in the office, for relaying and all messages to everyone. Thank you so much Diamond. You really helped to keep everything on track.
New Bathroom Makeover
Please look at my Google review for pictures. This was a major initiative and investment in turning a 1959 old bathroom into our dream "mini spa"! Many thanks to Hunter Wray! He cam in mid project after the initial project manager Mike left and got us back on track. We can't thank him enough, and the workmanship is outstanding!
Flooring/bathroom
We had CMK take care of our flooring project and install a new tub and surround. Michael and Paul took great care of our project and we always new what to expect. Even with shipping delays for surround. CMK also made sure that we were always taken care of, even during the covid 19 virus. They practiced safe measures with social distance and calls when someone would arrive. Thank you and your team.
Really Amazing
Excellent from start to finish. CMK's employees are the best, including designer Khalid Jabbar, who kept me from making some terrible mistakes and made suggestions that have given me the most beautiful bathroom you could imagine. CMK is a large company and its employees and subcontractors are only the Best of the Best; CMK can get them because they keep them busy, whereas the DIY is "one and done" and therefore don't get the priority. The linchpin of the whole project, however, has been Project Manager David Powell. He made sure that I got the best workers and that everything flowed smoothly and quickly. If there was any problem (and there always are on big projects like mine), he was right on top of it, getting the materials and people needed to make things exactly the way I wanted them. It may be tempting to DIY, but it saves your sanity and perhaps some money by hiring CMK. David made sure all the county permits and inspections were done correctly and in good time. I thought the project would take about eight weeks, but it was finished in seven. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
The result was beautiful.
We struggled a little at first but when Dave Powell took over our Jo's things moved fast and even though construction can be frustrating. T Dave mad it happen. We end ed up with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms.
Excellent Company
Very good... David Powell the project manager was very responsive, personable and detail oriented. This is the second bathroom remodel and we are very happy with the results. Would highly recommend this Company. Five stars!
