Kitchen Remodel
This is a 5 star company! The kitchen that they were replacing, in an early 1950's house, presented several real challenges. The wooden floor was not on the exact same level as the room to which the new floor needed to match. It needed to be torn up and concrete floated to allow tile to match. A load bearing small wall needed to be removed and a beam reinforced.The main electrical panel needed to be replaced and new wiring installed. However, the new all wood cabinets are spectacular. The workmanship is top notch. Their installers were excellent. Well done Derrick and Michael ! We will highly recommend you to others.
Bathroom Remodel
CMK did a remodel of our bathroom that we needed for girls that we take into our home. Michael and his team took great care of us throughout the process. We would definitely use CMK again for any future projects. Thank you
New Bathroom Makeover
Michael Monday and his team have done a great job moving our entire bathroom renovation along. Any time I have a question or need anything he promptly gets back to me. The contractors have also been ver neat and clean and highly professional/personable.

What a difference !
CMK and their whole team were wonderful, this was a complex project. We added an addition to an existing home and also a detached garage. You can't even tell there was an addition when you are in the house. Can not thank the crews that worked out here enough for the gorgeous house we have now.
We Have a Gorgeous Renovation Project!!!
Thanks to CMK Construction, Inc. The project started out with Jessica guiding us through a perfect design for our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. She took the time to explain all options, help us figure out what worked for the space, and walk us through the process step by step. David the Proactive Project Manager managed the job to completion and sure there are hiccups along the way but the company fixed the problem. Dave’s expertise and knowledge made the tasks smooth and kept us informed throughout the process. We actually function in our home around the work for 3 months with minimal dust. Also Thanks to detail oriented handy man Matthew that turn imperfection to a piece of art that we are happy with. Matthew has a keen eye for perfection and happy customers. Jessica’s love for beauty, David’s devoted managing skills, Matthew’s customer satisfaction mindset, and all the crews are a great assets to CMK. I will definitely recommend CMK to our community that have the same model home. Again - our Kitchen, bathroom, and Laundry room are GORGEOUS!!!!

Excellent Job CMK!
CMK Construction did an excellent job building us a new ada bathroom in our home. Our project manager, Michael Thomas, did a wonderful job! Any hurdle that came up he handled immediately and smoothly. We had a little bit of a rocky start, but Anthony stepped in and up and got everything looking good. Matthew came in to make sure our job finished correctly and on time and we couldn't have asked for a better worker. He has such pride in his work and many many skills. We are very pleased with the beautiful bathroom we ended up with and all in all it was an easy process with Michael guiding us all along the way. We would highly recommend them for any construction job. Our many thanks guys!
