Kitchen/Porch Remodel
I had many bumps in the road but once my new project manager Kevin Sampson came on board he got the project moving in the right direction. Thanks to Kevin and David Diaz my kitchen & porch are beautiful. Thank you both so much for working to get my project complete with such professionalism.
Master Bath Remodel
We just had our master bath remodeled by CMK. We absolutely love it!! I want to give a shout to our project manager Kevin and our tradesman Lee. Both very professional. Lee does absolutely amazing work!! Thanks guys.
Bathroom remodel
Our bathroom is beautiful, our finished product is amazing! Jim was very attentive and handled all our concerns during construction, ( Covid issues, city permits)! Have work to Do on another property and will have CMK do the work when we are ready!
Bathroom Remodel
We hired CMK for our master bathroom remodel. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Khalid was very easy to work with and Jim, the Project Manager, made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Jim went above and beyond in many ways! The subcontractors that came into the house to do the actual work, were very respectful and trustworthy. Definitely recommend them for any household remodel.

A special thank you to Eric and Jeff who used their expertise and professional skills to create a beautiful Master Bath. They are the best of the best. Kitchen remodel
Khalid was awesome!!! After having a few estimates done me and my wife finally felt comfortable moving forward with our kitchen remodel(and it turned out fantastic). Khalid was so knowledgeable, It felt really good having someone in our home who knew what they were talking about who listen to our ideas/wants, but also gave his expertise. Flat out the guy knows what he's talking about. If your looking to improve any aspect of your home request KHALID!!! Thanks again Khalid we look forward to working with you again
Galley Kitchen update
From beginning to completion of my galley kitchen, my experience with CMK has been phenomenal!!! Derrick the designer, Michael the project manager and Joe and Romy the contractors have conducted themselves in a courteous, professional manner and made me feel like my project was foremost. I couldn't be happier with the personal attention I have received from Michael and Joe. I highly recommend CMK and will be using them on my future projects.
Bathroom remodel
Our experience was excellent. This was directly due to the Project Manager Dillon and the incredible crew of Scotty and Joe that did the work from demo to finish. Very meticulous workers and Dillon was very hands on in supporting his crew.
Renovation
CMK ROCKS!!! From the first meeting with Derrick and Project manager Dylan I knew CMK team was professional and had the experience and expertise needed for the condo cosmetic renovation job for my newly purchased condo. I really appreciated the frequent check-in calls with Dylan to confirm any questions and confirmation with me before proceeding with the work! I also appreciated the sense of urgency Dylan had when calling with any questions or concerns I had. The person doing the new porcelain flooring and grouting was fantastic and the floors look beautiful. The electricians replaced all the light switches and sockets as well as hung a very heavy crystal chandelier and custom hand blown glass fixture . The electrician spent the time with me to make sure the fixtures were hung at the right height with extreme care making sure I was happy and assuring his customer was satisfied. Project was completed on the completion date agreed upon ! I will definitely use CMK for phase II of my renovation for the bathrooms and kitchen! Highly recommend the CMK team ...everyone was professional...experienced and wonderful to work with!! Thank you...jade
