Beautiful transformation of my guest bath
I love my guest bathroom that went from boring to beautiful. Thank you Jim for keeping everything on track. Thank you CMK for hiring a great crew and standing behind everything you do. Bathroom remodel and new kitchen floors
Thank You Team CMK from day 1 when salesman Jeff showed on time and truly great time as we discussed what we wanted done of removing a tub and turn into a walk in shower and remove all flooring and replace with new tile floor. Things went so well that day we decided a couple days later for Jeff to come back and look at ripping up the tile flooring in kitchen and backroom which he did promptly. We decided this was the company for us and so glad we did as every step has been a great experience from wife and I sitting with Natassa picking out everything to meeting our project mgr Jim who showed with Jeff and went back through everything that would be done and the time frame. Demo started on time and really only issue we came across was needed to replace the sub flooring in bathroom which Jim addressed with options we had immediately and got it done. We couldn't be happier with the final product and appreciate all those who were involved from not only those named above but big shout to the demo team, plumber, tile guys, glass guy and carpenter Tony.
Khalid is CRAZY AWESOME!
My husband and I have been waiting for over 21 years to remodel our kitchen! Our children are finally grown and we felt like it was time! We reached out to CMK Construction for help and they sent over Khalid! What a blessing he has been! His expertise has blown us away! He offered suggestions we had never considered and made the whole process easy and anxiety free! We are so excited to see his design come to fruition in our home! Thanks Khalid for all your help!!!
Very Professional Kitchen Upgrade
We would personally recommend CMK Construction, Inc for your next remodel or upgrade. We just finished an upgrade of our kitchen. CMK provided outstanding service, workmanship, latest products and professional project management. Our Project Manager, Shawn Twiss gave us a time line and we were advised every step of the way , what was next to be done. We were literally blown away when - on the first day and start of the project, a crew came in and covered the floor with brown paper and put up plastic sheets to contain the dust to only the kitchen. Everyday when finished, they removed the debris and swept up! Every bit of tiling, cabinet work, plumbing and electric was done by PRO's who all took the precaution of wearing a mask. In our opinion you can't go wrong with CMK!
Beginning Phase
We are in the beginning phase of a complete home renovation project and have to say we are very impressed so far with CMK Construction and their staff. Having done many home repairs and additions in the past, we did extensive research, including meeting with other personally referred contractors, before hiring CMK. From Day 1, we felt CMK was the right company for such a large project. We called to set up an appointment for someone to come out to our home and give us an estimate and were told a designer could meet with us in a few days. We expressed interest in seeing some product samples prior to their visit and were able to go to their office the same day. First impressions are lasting impressions! Diamond and Natassa were very personable, professional, knowledgeable and patient as we spent several hours picking out potential bathroom and kitchen cabinets, baseboards, countertops, tiles and flooring. They seemed to truly understand our taste and style and made wonderful suggestions. Plus, while we were there, they were able to reschedule their designer to meet with us the very next day. Khalid, our designer, has been exceptional and an absolute pleasure to work with! From the onset, he has demonstrated a clear understanding of the unique details of our project including, but not limited to, updating all of our bathrooms, a complete reconfiguration of our kitchen, and the conversion of our laundry room to include a beautiful new butler's pantry. A beautiful job
CMK Construction just finished a complete renovation of my bathroom, going from a bathtub to a zero-entry shower. I am extremely satisfied and impressed with the quality work they did. The work was supervised by Project Manager Dylan Barbieri, who was here most every day and made sure I was informed of the upcoming schedule. Never did he fail to let me know if there was a change or a delay. Dylan also made sure that the workers had all the materials/supplies they needed to complete the day’s work. Thank you Dylan; you made it all come together! The tile work was done by Daniel Arrington, one of the best, if not the best tile setter I’ve ever seen. Daniel is detail-oriented, careful, focused on the final result. He is a true artisan, enamored of his work. I am also enamored of the work he did in my bathroom. Thank you Daniel! The entire CMK team is focused on providing the best customer service. They are punctual and polite and clean up after themselves. This is a company I am proud to recommend and will hire again. Nothing is perfect, and there were problems along the way, but I feel that a company shows its true caliber when they always make good on their promises and fix the problems encountered. We did a total primary bathroom remodel and could not be happier with the end product. Michael Thomas was the project manager and stayed on top of this project. Although there were a few bumps in the road he went out of his way to keep us in the loop and delivered on the things he could control. He was responsive to our concerns and considerate of our time. All products used were top shelf and there was no compromise in quality. The craftsman from demo to punch list were skilled, punctual, considerate and always cleaned up after themselves
