What a difference a project manager makes! After a slow and stressful start… After the project manager, Collin, took over my shower remodel everything went smoothly. He was knowledgeable about construction so he was able to make suggestions to improve the project. He communicated daily and kept me informed about what to expect . All crew members were professional and considerate. Everyone was on time. This includes the demo crew, plumber, and Joey who framed , installed the Schluter system and tiled. Communication and responsiveness from Collin and crew turned an initial stressful situation into a positive experience. The result was a beautiful shower.
