Unbelievable & Beautiful!
Demolition started June 5, 2023 on a total gut job of a 1988 kitchen. What was once a small, oddly angled kitchen became a large, open concept cooking and dining area. Tom G was the project manager and we immediately felt at ease with him. His experience and expertise in the industry is outstanding. We do not live in Florida permanently yet, but Tom sent photos and constant updates on which crews were in the house and what stage of construction was currently underway. From electricians, plumbers to painters, installers, all work crews were professional and answered questions when we were at the house. The crews cleaned up areas at the end of each workday and a final cleanup crew came in once the project finished in mid-September. The transition from before to after is unbelievable! We are so glad we chose CMK to remodel our house. Tom is a huge asset to the company and we highly recommend working with him and CMK.
